Universal Studios Florida is a park with a similar theme to Disney's MGM Studios. About five years ago when I visited the park it had an aging feeling about it and a lot of the attractions seemed to need an update. This summer (2006) when I visited the park I really enjoyed it. A couple of the old attractions have been replaced with new ones, and the park has a brand new night time fireworks show called 360. While the show isn't anything special, it's still one that you should check out.

Universal features a brand new indoor coaster called The Mummy. The coaster has a similar feel to MGM's Rockin' Roller Coaster with the exception of not taking riders upside down. You do however travel backwards through part of the ride and travel at speeds upwards of 50 miles an hour. This coaster took over the building where King Kong used to reside.
